Collection: All Dahlia Tubers

Dahlia tubers are the underground storage organs of the dahlia plant, responsible for storing nutrients and enabling the plant to regenerate each year. These tubers resemble swollen, fleshy roots and come in various shapes and sizes, depending on the dahlia variety. When planted in the spring, the tubers produce new shoots that grow into vibrant, flowering dahlia plants. They are commonly dug up in the fall to be stored and replanted the following year, as dahlias are not frost-tolerant.
